Why can't I log in to TinyGrab for Mac?

Our TinyGrab for Mac errors aren't exactly the most helpful in the world. There are several reasons why this error is generated. Usually TinyGrab is having difficulty making the connection to the TinyGrab server, this could be because our service is suffering an outtage, or your computer isn't connected to the internet. If you're getting a warning about having an invalid username / password, and the application is telling you to email support, you could be using a TinyGrab version 1 client. For security reasons we've had to remove TinyGrab for Mac and Windows v1 and launch the TinyGrab 2.0 clients. - You can download the latest updates directly from our website at http://tinygrab.com/download.php
