Why can't I access my Online Control Panel?

If you can't access your Online Control Panel, chances are one of two things is happening. You've either:

a) Forgotten your email address / password and are / or getting it wrong.

or

b) You're experiencing a weird Javascript bug that we're trying to fix. If you've typed in your username and password and clicked the login button and nothing happens; please visit http://tinygrab.com/panel directly to be redirected to your control panel.
